Call for prequalification

For Financing, Rehabilitate, Operation and the Transfer of

First Water Transmission Pipeline from Chahnime to Zahedan in the frame of R.O.T. contract

FIRST TIME

The Sistan & Baloochestan Water and Wastewater Company intends to procure the financing, Rehabilitation, Operation and Transfer of  the First Water Transmission Pipeline from Chahnime to Zahedan project through a R.O.T. contract and in the frame of guaranteed purchase of water/effluent according to item “a” Article (142) of  the Law for the Fifth Development Plan and Guideline 27 of the Law for annexation of some articles to the law on drafting part of the government’s financial regulations(2) on conditions for concession of new, half-complete, completed and  ready for operation capital asset acquisition plans to private sector(approved on 26^th  September 2015), through competitive bidding according to the relevant laws, regulations and executive orders as per the following conditions to the qualified investor.

A- Brief description of the project:

– Estimated capital investment of the plan: 434,900 IR. Million Rls

– Construction period: 2 years

– Commercial operation period: 15 years

– Off-take purchaser: Sistan & Baloochestan Water and Wastewater Company on behalf of the MOE

 Production capacity: 850 Liter per Second

B- Investor’s requisites:

It is necessary that Investor not only have the required fund and management, executive and operation references in similar projects , but also have grade 3 in contractor qualification certification in water field (Having  financial and executed capacity, according  to circular number [*] 94/30593 dated 1394/3/5  and  instruction  number 69432 dated 1394/4/30).

*If investor is not qualified in water field, it should work with a contractor that has the above conditions.

 

After the first published Call for proposal, qualified investors can refer to this URL www.abfasb.ir (Tenders and Auctions Section) to get prequalification documents and fill it, then attaching related documentations, send them in an envelope( which the name of  investor and project subject is written on it)
